I ordered from self-portrait.com thinking it would be straightforward, but the shipping was a mess. The delivery date passed with no sign of the parcel, and the tracking barely moved for days.

I ended up having to contact customer service myself, and even then the replies were slow and didn’t really clear anything up. It definitely felt like no one had a solid answer on where my order actually was.

The dress did arrive in the end, but it was too late for the event I bought it for, which was really frustrating. Nice item, but based on this experience, I wouldn’t order again if I needed something by a specific date.

I tried reaching out to customer service and never heard a thing back. No response, no follow-up, nothing. What a joke.

I sent my dress back weeks ago and still haven’t gotten my refund. Every time I contact customer service, they just tell me to wait, which is really frustrating. Just a heads-up if you’re thinking about ordering, returns don’t seem to be handled quickly, and I definitely won’t be ordering from them again.

I was expecting the dress to run small, like maybe they were trying to nudge people into ordering a size up, but it actually fit true to size. No weird issues or surprises — it fit just fine

I’m really happy with this dress overall. The fabric feels lovely and it seems well made, so it definitely feels like a nice quality piece. I did notice one seam that looked a little off, but it’s not a big deal for me. Still very satisfied with it
